Description

All you need is your Yoga mat. Yoga experience isn’t required. This workshop and practice is open to anyone looking to slow down, rest and restore. We will open with a short discussion on the nervous system and building stress resiliency before enjoying our practice together.

  • Shift from sympathetic (fight/flight) to parasympathetic (rest/digest) nervous system.
  • Learn and experience mindfulness techniques for those challenged by too much stillness/quietness.
  • Learn through experience as you cultivate Yin and slow down.
