This is more than a Yoga class but rather an immersive experience.
Prana Energy combines asana/movement, pranayama/breathwork and various meditations to reset, rebalance and fine tune our whole selves. Learn powerful breath work practices and meditations including mudras (hand gestures) and mantras (chanting).
This class is being offered once/month as a virtual series. Recordings will be provided. Some in-person spots available, please enquire. Purchase either as full series or Single sessions: June 5th, July 3rd, August 7th, September 4th
All you need is your Yoga mat, cushion or folded blanket. Yoga experience isn’t required. This class is open to anyone looking to discover more about the natural energy systems in the body, while enjoying Yoga experience a little different than our typical vinyasa class.
