Join Lisa Greenbaum for a Summer Solstice meditation. On our longest day of the year here in the Northern Hemisphere, welcoming in the first day of summer, welcoming in the abundance of light energy.
We will gather at 4:45pm EST in order to mark the official moment when the sun is at its most northern point at 4:50pm EST.
Please prepare with a meditation cushion and quiet space. We will have 30min together for breath practices and a guided journey through our subtle body. You will also receive journal prompts at the end of practice to ponder through your evening, for intentions you are looking to set as we move into the second half of the year.
Create an evening retreat for yourself and join the virtual Yin+Restore class at 7pm. A soothing and calm practice, designed to help regulate your nervous system with slow and simple nurturing flows.
Recordings available for both, for 7 days.
