Chakra Journey Workshop

Why Learn About the Chakras?
The chakra system is an ancient map of the body’s energy flow, influencing our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Understanding these energy centers can help you:

  • Gain insight into your emotions and behaviours

  • Release energetic blockages that cause imbalance or fatigue

  • Cultivate inner harmony and resilience

  • Deepen your connection between mind, body, and spirit

    What You’ll Learn
This interactive workshop blends learning and practice so you leave with both understanding and embodied experience. Together, we’ll explore:

    • Qualities of each chakra: From root to crown, learn the unique energies and functions of all seven chakras

    • How the chakras interact: Understand the relationship between energy centers and how balance or imbalance in one affects the others

    • Rebalancing techniques: Experience guided practices—including breathwork, mantra, and meditation—to help remove blocks and restore flow

    Your Takeaway
You’ll leave with a practical understanding of the chakra system and simple tools to continue working with your energy at home—empowering you to bring more balance, vitality, and self-awareness into your daily life.
