Prana Energy
Prana Energy is a signature offering from Sangha Yoga Collective — more than just a yoga class, it’s a 55-minute immersive experience combining movement, breath work, meditation, and mantra to awaken and nourish the subtle body.
Rooted in the traditional practices of Yoga, this class focuses on pranayama (breathing techniques) to help release stagnant energy, increase lung capacity, support cardiovascular health, and reduce tension. Each session includes intentional movement, guided meditation, and breath practices to build energy and vitality from within.

Yin+Restore
Yin + Restore is a soul-soothing, 55-minute signature class at Sangha Yoga Collective designed to guide you into the parasympathetic nervous system — the state where true healing begins.
Through gentle flows, deep and sustained stretches, and grounding breathwork, this class helps release chronic tension and stagnant energy while creating space for breath, presence, and clarity. Rooted in the principles of Yin and Restorative Yoga, each session supports nervous system regulation, improved sleep, and overall well-being through guided meditation and traditional yogic breathing techniques.
