A couple things to note:
- Payments are made directly to the Navina Retreat Centre. [email protected] for any issues.
- Costa Rica operates for the most part under US dollars, in addition to their local currency – colón. For souvenirs and local purchases best to have some USD on hand.
- While the retreat centre isn’t particularly “buggy” in terms of mosquitos, you may want some bug repellent just in case. Be prepared to see lots of larger bugs than you are accustomed to in Canada. The outside of the tents zip up tight, so you can sleep well.
- The retreat centre is “dry” no alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed on site.
