Yoga Energy Body – Intro Course, is included as the first 9 hours of this course – If you are interested in the full 37.5 hour course, you only need to register for this course (not the intro course). If you want to take your full 200-hr YTT (and receive 10% all of your courses), start by paying the deposit of $450. Someone will contact you to register for your individual courses.
Yoga Energy Body is a hybrid training consisting of 15-hours live/virtual taught in 3-hour blocks over 5 sessions, followed by an additional 22.5 hours taught in-person over 3 days (usually Friday – Sunday)

Yoga Energy Body: Exploring the Subtle Body, Chakras, Meditation & Breathwork
Yoga Energy Body offers a deep dive into the subtle body anatomy—a vital aspect of yogic tradition often overlooked in modern practice. In this 5-day immersive training, we explore the chakra system, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation techniques that support energetic balance, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. This module is designed to awaken awareness of prana, or life force energy, and empower a more intuitive, energetically-informed yoga practice.
This training is part of the 5-module journey toward becoming a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher. It is also open to practitioners who are interested in deepening their inner awareness and understanding the energetic dimension of yoga.
Connecting to the subtle body allows us to move beyond the physical and experience Yoga as a path to ananda (bliss)and self-realization. It’s about learning to listen inward, to feel prana flow, to recognize energetic blockages, and to use breath and stillness as tools for transformation.
Yoga Energy Body invites us to go beyond the mat—to reclaim our connection to Self, to move stagnant energy, and to embody the teachings of Yoga in their most powerful, subtle, and sacred form. Whether your goal is to teach or simply to live more mindfully and joyfully, this training is a transformational cornerstone for anyone seeking to deepen their personal practice and spiritual growth.

- The 7 major chakras and their energetic influence on body, mind, and spirit
- The nadis (energy channels), particularly ida, pingala, and sushumna
- Foundational and advanced pranayama techniques for vitality and mental clarity
- Meditation practices that cultivate inner stillness, insight, and self-inquiry
- Yoga of sound and mantra work
- How to integrate subtle body awareness into daily practice and teaching
- Learn to teach SYC signature class: Prana Energy

Yoga Energy Body counts as 37.5-hours towards your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Training modules can be taken in any order, though Yoga Teaching Skills can only be taken once the other 4 modules have been completed.
Each session will open and close with meditation. Our journey in between will be a combination of theory, movement and meditation. The first two days of our training are dedicated to the chakras, the final three days take us through an exploration of breath work, kriyas, mantra and a study of our self-care practices and how to develop and sustain a daily practice. A final assignment will be given in order to receive your certificate of completion.
