Description
Build energy and vitality from within using traditional breathing practices from Yoga. Coming back to the roots of Yoga, our focus is on various pranayama (breathing) exercises to release stagnant energy, increase lung capacity and function, improve our cardiovascular health and reduce tension. Intention setting and meditation work are also an important part of this class. Open for anyone looking to deepen their Yoga practice, anyone taking care of injuries or anyone looking to begin a new practice.
This class is open for everyone! Experience isn’t required.
We recommend using a meditation cushion, or something that you can sit on so you will be more comfortable. You will also need your Yoga mat.
