Trauma-informed Yoga Therapy is a personalized and holistic approach to healing that integrates movement, breath work, meditation, and lifestyle practices with a deep understanding of the impacts of trauma. It supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a safe, empowering, and client-centred way.

In addition to Lisa’s in depth training on Yoga practices, trauma theory and her accreditation as a certified Yoga Therapist through IAYT, Lisa has lived experience with mental health, trauma, PTSD and chronic pain. She meets you where you are in the moment without judgment, in a safe and inclusive space dedicated to your own healing process.

Individual 60min. sessions start at $110. CAD with an introductory 75 min. session for $130. CAD. Experience with Yoga is NOT required. Sessions held in East York, Toronto and provided within a serene garden suite designed for Yoga Therapy with natural light, bamboo floors, a complete set of Yoga props, infrared heat/AC and a private washroom. Online sessions also available.
