Sangha Writing Circle
Have you felt drawn to journaling but unsure how to begin? Do you find peace in writing, yet sometimes struggle to find the inspiration to start? Or perhaps you’ve been writing for years and are seeking a new sense of purpose in your practice? The Sangha Writing Circle is a space for us to come together and nourish our creative spirits. Through gentle writing prompts inspired by the wisdom of Yoga, we will explore our inner landscapes, deepen our practice, and reconnect with our own light, one word at a time.
Hosted by:

Upon each gathering we will open with a meditation followed by a writing prompt. We will take time to free write before coming back together with the opportunity to share our words if we would like before receiving our second prompt. Free writing is about allowing our thoughts to flow. We aren’t concerned with grammar or spelling, you can write in any language that calls you. This is just for you, and the opportunity to take your practice one step deeper.
We will meet virtually on the last Thursday of each month from 8-9pm EST.
Each session is $8. CAD combine with the Yin+Restore practice from 7-8pm EST for $25. CAD
As part of our Sangha Writing Circle, we will share ongoing discussions through the #sanghawritingcircle within the community portal. Once you’ve registered you will be added to the channel.
